OPEN POSITIONS:

1. Sales Executive

Experience: 1-2 years

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls. Calling on leads provided by the marketing department.
  • Generate prospective clients on call who are interested in properties to offer them best real estate deals.
  • Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
  • Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems
  • Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects
  • Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network.

 

2. Sales Manager

Experience: 3-4 years

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls. Calling on leads provided by the marketing department.
  • Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
  • Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
  • Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems
  • Organize site visits for prospective customers and their families, and solving their concerned query.
  • Negotiate with the customer for price, payment terms and customization within the company’s guideline.
  • Manage Sales pipeline of the allocated projects and properties
  • Should act like mentors for the new sales executives
  • Participating in Exhibitions, Property Events & Feast held periodical for branding and sales promotions.
  • Real estate sales managers maintain relationships with the new and the repeat clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals.

 

3. Sales Head

Experience: 5+ years

Responsibilities:

  • The most significant responsibility of real estate sales managers is keeping their agents motivated to close sales. Set weekly, monthly, and annual goals for the agents to work towards, and track these goals by meeting with agents on a regular basis. They also conduct team meetings and offer advice and incentives for agents to achieve goals.
  • Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
  • Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets.
  • Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.
  • Report on sales activities to top management
  • Reaching the targets and goals set for the area
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
  • Setting sales targets for individual representatives and for the team as a whole.
  • Real estate sales managers are often responsible for administrative duties like preparing employee payroll and budget reports, marketing, and planning open houses and other events that help develop sales leads for their office.
  • Real estate sales managers maintain relationships with the new and the repeat clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals.
  • These managers are responsible for conducting interviews and hiring real estate sales staff. They develop and implement training programs that teach sales agents how to get customers, negotiate real estate deals, acquire financing, and properly fill out sale paperwork.
  • Stay informed on real estate industry.
  • To stay current on the real estate industry, these managers spend time researching new regulations and legislation that affects their sales. They also would have to travel to attend industry meetings, seminars, and conferences to expand their industry knowledge and develop professional networks.
